1. The center adopts the combination of precision deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings.
2. Be suitable for high speed and light load finish machining of CNC lathe.
3. The spindle can be adjusted, and selects different angle types according to the clamping base.
4.Be suitable for the machining of such parts as datum holes with different angles in various sizes and external angle reference shafts.
5. The spindle is made of alloy tool steel, and after heat treatment the hardness of it is HRC60°±2°, and it has high rigidity and high wear resistance.
6. The front end is provided with a dustproof seal to prevent the cutting liquid and dust from entering the bearing, thereby prolonging the service life of the center.
