CENTER SERIES-HIGH PERFORMANCE

1. The center adopts the combination of the make sets angular contact ball bearings, thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings
2. It is applicable to the medium-load precise processing at high speed for the CNC lathe and can replace the fixed center in grinder finishing
3. The mandrel is extended to the end of the top cone, which maximall improves the cutting performance and reduces vibration
4. The center is made of alloy steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC60°±2°. It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance
5. Oil can be added through the oil-adding hole at the head into internal bearings so as to prolong the service life of the center.
6. It adopts mechanical non-contact seal (which has been applied for the patent) which has excellent sealing performance.
