CENTER SERIES-HIGH PERFORMANCE

1. The center adopts the combination of the needle roller bearings, thrust ball bearings and deep groove ball bearing.
2. It is applicable to the medium high speed precise processing of more load for CNC lathes
3. The mandrel is extended to the end of the top cone, which maximally improves the cutting performance and reduces vibration.
4. The center is made of alloy steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRc60°±2°. It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance
5. Oil can be added through the oil-adding hole at the head into internal bearings so as to prolong the service life of the center.
6. With the external shrink sleeve of the needle roller, the clearance of the needle roller bearing can be tuned so as to improve the precision of the center and prolong its service life.
