1. The center adopts the combination of angular contact bearings, thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings.
2. Be suitable for the high speed and medium load finish machining of the CNC lathe, and can replace the fixed center as grinding machine finish machining.
3. The spindle is lengthened to the center taper shank rear end, which can effectively improve the cutting performance and reduce the vibration.
4. The spindle is made of alloy steel, and after heat treatment the hardness of it is HRC60°±2°, which has high rigidity and high wear resistance.
5. The front end of the spindle is designed with a mechanical seal to prevent the metal cutting powder and cutting fluid from entering the internal of the center
6. The front end is provided with a precise skeleton seal ring to prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering the internal of the center, thereby prolonging the service life of the center.
