1.This centre is composed of a double row angular contact ball bearing, a thrust ball bearing and a needle bearing
2.It is applicable to medium high speed light load processing for special lathes.
3.The prolonged mandrel can effectively improve the cutting performance and reduce vibration.
4.The center is made of alloy tool steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC60°±2°. It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance.
5.The centre head is lengthened in order to provide more cutting space for the tool, and it is suitable for machining the small outer circle
6.The skeleton seal ring is used in order to prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering effectively, protect the bearing and extend its service life
