CENTER SERIES-NORMAL

1.The center adopts the combination of the needle roller bearings, thrust ball bearings and double deep groove ball bearing. It is applicable to the medium high speed precise processing of medium-load for CNC lathes.
2.The ball thrust bearing adopts increasing, It can bear larger axial thrust and applicable to the larger load processing.
3.The rigidity of the middle deep groove ball bearing is increased, and the rear needle bearing reduces the cutting vibration, so as to improve the processing quality.
4. The mandrel of the center is inlaid with cemented carbide, so its wear-resistance and high-temperature resistance are much higher, and it is applicable for quenched materials or other required processing environments.
5. The anti-dust seal on the front can prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering into the bearings so as to protect the center.
6. Oil can be added through the oil-adding hole at the center extemal. It is convenient for daily maintenance so as to prolong its service life.
